4 garlic cloves
2 cans organic chickpeas, liquid drained, chickpeas rinsed
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 Tbs olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup tahini butter
1/4 cup filtered water
1. Drain and rinse your canned chickpeas.
2. Put all ingredients into your high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
3. Taste for seasoning. Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
